Warranty Information
One-Year Warranty
One-Year Limited Warranty: All Independent Inc. products are warranted for the original purchaser against any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Terms
The warranty applies only to products installed for normal residential use in the United States or Canada. This warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, accident, or improper use, maintenance installation, service, or repair.
The terms described above for this warranty are the only ones which Independent Inc. will provide. Independent Inc. will not be responsible for any damages arising from the breach of this warranty or any previous or subsequent warranties issued by Independent Inc.
